Christine Tonoli, a dynamic leader and fierce mental health advocate, serves as Vice President of Business Development and Brand Strategy at Creative Recovery LA. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, and nonprofit leadership, Christine is a powerhouse in hospital systems, mental health, and adolescent care communities. Her strategic vision, clinical insight, and heart-centered approach drive Creative Recovery LA’s mission to provide innovative, compassionate treatment for mental health and substance use.

Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and an MBA in Business, blending sharp strategic thinking with a deep understanding of care systems. She has led teams, designed impactful programs, and built meaningful partnerships across hospitals, adolescent residential programs, and community initiatives. Previously, as Vice President of Community Partnerships and Executive Director in mental health settings, she forged strong connections with providers and families, earning a reputation for authenticity and relentless advocacy for those in need.

On a personal level, Christine’s passion for mental health stems from her own childhood struggles, when access to care felt out of reach. Those experiences ignited a lifelong commitment to ensuring others have the support she once lacked. Her dedication shines through in every partnership she builds and every program she shapes. A proud mother of a former U.S. Marine, now an LAPD officer, Christine draws inspiration from her daughter’s courage. She finds joy paddle boarding year-round and considers Disneyland her happy place, no matter the season.

Creative Recovery LA is fortunate to have Christine’s leadership, passion, and ability to connect people with purpose. Her purpose is clear: to show up for others, fostering healing, dignity, and hope in every life she touches.
