Having endured physical, mental, and sexual abuse throughout his life, Cory’s personal healing journey inspired the creation of Creative Recovery LA. Collaborating with clinical professionals, he developed a program rooted in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These therapies are seamlessly integrated with creative channels like art, music, and movement to empower clients to heal and rediscover their potential.
