Through his classes, David creates a welcoming, joyful space where movement becomes a powerful tool for healing, self-expression, and personal growth.

A former dancer with the New York City Ballet for a decade, David performed in the 1st National Tour of An American in Paris and made his Broadway debut in the Tony Award-winning revival of Carousel. Originally from Boston, he trained at prestigious institutions, including The Walnut Hill School for the Arts, Canada’s National Ballet School, The School of American Ballet, and acting schools like The Actor’s Foundry, Lesly Kahn, The Groundlings School, and Clown School LA. He is a recipient of the Christopher Ondaatje Ballet Prize and the Jerome Robbins Scholarship.

At Creative Recovery LA, David’s approach makes ballet approachable, meaningful, and fun, helping clients—whether seasoned dancers or beginners—tap into their creativity and resilience. His classes foster confidence and connection, supporting recovery through the transformative power of dance. Outside the center, David continues his career as an actor, dancer, and ballet teacher, inspiring others with his dedication to the arts.
